She is passionate about providing affordable and accessible training to the industry. Her career as an award-winning assistant spans over fifteen years, where she has worn many hats including office manager, executive assistant, virtual assistant and private PA to HNWIs. A truly international powerhouse, Lauren is a corporate trainer, mentor and speaker. She is originally from Pittsburgh, PA but now lives in London where you can find her constantly neglecting her cup of tea.
Jillian supported Executives for over 2 decades in; start-ups, SaaS, Healthcare, Education and Security which has given her a unique vantage point as a coach. She is a passionate advocate about the evolution of the administrative role with a deep focus on relationships, communications, collaboration, and community. Lauren Kimball joined Mersana Therapeutics, a biopharmaceutical company specializing in antibody-drug conjugate therapies for patients fighting cancer, in 2015.
For six years, this Girl Friday drew upon her deep customer service and administrative experience to run a well-oiled department of one and held roles of increasing responsibility while watching the organization nearly triple in size. In 2021, with support from the HR and Executive Teams, she implemented Mersana’s first Executive Operations Cohort and grew the team from one to four.
Lauren is deeply passionate about building the strategy of the EOC and actively supporting the development of its members. She is embracing this new phase of her career as mentor and advocate.
She holds a M.A. in Italian Studies from Middlebury College in Florence, Italy, where she specialized in post-WWII history and eating gelato.
Hallie Warner serves as Chief of Staff to the Founder and CEO of Adam Hergenrother Companies. She is also the co-author of The Founder & The Force Multiplier: How Entrepreneurs and Executive Assistants Achieve More Together.
Hallie has worked side-by-side with Adam Hergenrother for over nine years, ensuring that Adams vision is clarified, communicated, and executed. Hallie also provides strategic counsel to key leaders within the organization and leads special projects focused on the growth of the organization.
In her free time, Hallie pursues her hobbies: reading, blogging, kayaking, and traveling, preferably to the beach. She lives in Williston, Vermont with her husband, Bill, and their dog, Karma.
Kelly Kovacs is the Founder of EA Mafia, an EA community exclusively for C-Suite Executive Assistants in Tech. She is also a Founder Partner at 01 Advisors. Prior to 01, Kelly was the first Executive Assistant at Twitter and supported the CEO, Dick Costolo.
Tiffany earned her Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Southern Methodist University. She is a breast cancer survivor and loves to spend her weekends with her husband and 3-year old son.
Justine Janét Kwan is the Executive Assistant to the CEO of Origin. Prior to Origin, Justine supported Dropbox CEO, Drew Houston, and led Admin Operations. In that role, she helped scale the EA team from 25 to nearly 50 people globally. She also held Senior EA roles at Square, the Brunswick Group, and Tendo Communications.
Natalie Sojka currently supports the CEO of SoFi, joining in February 2019. Before SoFi, she worked at WeWork, supporting their Head of North America, and before then got her start in executive support working in traditional finance supporting partners in hedge funds and private equity. She graduated from Saint Mary's College of California and currently resides in Los Angeles with her husband and cat, Mochi.
Zoe Yeung works in the Office of the CEO supporting founder and CEO Henry Ward at Carta, a company revolutionizing the way founders, investors, and employees manage equity and ownership. Since joining Carta in 2018, Zoe has seen the company grow from 200 employees to nearly 2,000 today.
