Lauren Bradley

Lauren Bradley is the founder of The Officials, an online platform that empowers assistants through community, courses and coaching. She is passionate about providing affordable and accessible training to the industry. Her career as an award-winning assistant spans over fifteen years, where she has worn many hats including office manager, executive assistant, virtual assistant and private PA to HNWIs. A truly international powerhouse, Lauren is a corporate trainer, mentor and speaker. She is originally from Pittsburgh, PA but now lives in London where you can find her constantly neglecting her cup of tea.

Jillian Hufnagel

Jillian supported Executives for over 2 decades in; start-ups, SaaS, Healthcare, Education and Security which has given her a unique vantage point as a coach. Having observed the dynamics of stellar teams as well as learning hands-on from teams that have effectiveness gaps, she can quickly assess where teams struggle and lean in to provide guidance, coaching, and strategic support.

As the “right hand” to four CEOs she been a strategic partner to their leadership benches, investors, and boards. She has been a trusted advisor during; IPO preparations, multiple M&As, major leadership bench rotations, product & brand pivots, as well as limited restructuring and company dissolution.

Jillian is currently Head of Culture at, a coach, and an advocate for the Administrative profession.

Abigail Barnes

Abigail Barnes is the Founder and CEO of Success by Design Training. an award-winning entrepreneur, two-time author, international speaker, and corporate trainer on productivity, high performing teams & wellbeing. As well as the creator of the renowned 888 Formula.

Success by Design Training is on a mission to teach 1 million entrepreneurs & professionals how to reclaim an hour a day by 2025 using The 888 Formula.

Abigail has over 10 years of experience in Financial Services Marketing (Investment Management, Asset Management and Hedge Funds).

She holds a BA Hons Degree in Business & Marketing Management, a Professional Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing, DipM ACIM, and is a qualified coach.

Ebony Belhumeur

Her previous roles include supporting the President & CEO of Sephora - an LVMH Company. As well as the Founder & CEO of Twitch post-1B acquisition by Amazon. Currently, Ebony partners with the Founder & CEO of a global Fintech company based in Palo Alto working at the cutting edge of blockchain technology.

Lynn Walder

As founder and owner of Executive Management Partners (a consulting firm that provides fractional strategic G & A, executive operations and project management services for maturing start-ups), Lynn Walder utilizes her 20+ years of executive administration experience across 10 different industries to support the organizational, psychosocial & leadership learning aspects of Founder CEOs with their business-building journeys.

Lynn’s passion to elevate the administrative function within the business landscape can be seen through numerous articles she has written on the subject (most notably her introduction of a paradigm-shifting “Admin Title Recalibration Initiative”) alongside EA/CEO mentoring efforts to translate the function of administration into a strategic business need instead of a supplemental executive want.

Lynn secured her undergraduate business degree with a triple major in International Business, Management and MIS (Management Information Systems) from Northeastern University in Boston, MA. She also holds an Associate’s Degree in Meaning-centered Psychology & Existential Analysis from the Viktor Frankl Institute and serves as entrepreneurship advisor for the online knowledge sharing forum of Teaching Start-up.

Kimberly Cotton

Kimberly Cotton is the Sr. Executive Business Partner to the Board Chair and CEO at Jack Henry & Associates (NASDAQ: JKHY).  She has spent over two decades reimagining processes, strategically leading the administrative function, and implementing the first ever Executive Operations Cohort Model across 16 leaders. 

Kimberly is a high influencer on the Rhythm of Business bringing a level of connectedness, transparency, and authenticity to the leadership team.  She is a passionate advocate about the evolution of the administrative role with a deep focus on relationships, communications, collaboration, and community.  She is on a mission to impact the mindset of our leaders and empower those supporting the function through coaching and mentoring.

Kimberly has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Dallas and serves as the Director of Membership on the Dallas Songwriters Association Board.

Lauren Kimball

Lauren Kimball joined Mersana Therapeutics, a biopharmaceutical company specializing in antibody-drug conjugate therapies for patients fighting cancer, in 2015.

For six years, this Girl Friday drew upon her deep customer service and administrative experience to run a well-oiled department of one and held roles of increasing responsibility while watching the organization nearly triple in size. In 2021, with support from the HR and Executive Teams, she implemented Mersana’s first Executive Operations Cohort and grew the team from one to four.

Lauren is deeply passionate about building the strategy of the EOC and actively supporting the development of its members. She is embracing this new phase of her career as mentor and advocate.

She holds a M.A. in Italian Studies from Middlebury College in Florence, Italy, where she specialized in post-WWII history and eating gelato.

Hallie Warner

Hallie Warner serves as Chief of Staff to the Founder and CEO of Adam Hergenrother Companies. She is also the co-author of The Founder & The Force Multiplier: How Entrepreneurs and Executive Assistants Achieve More Together.

Hallie has worked side-by-side with Adam Hergenrother for over nine years, ensuring that Adams vision is clarified, communicated, and executed. Hallie also provides strategic counsel to key leaders within the organization and leads special projects focused on the growth of the organization.

In her free time, Hallie pursues her hobbies: reading, blogging, kayaking, and traveling, preferably to the beach. She lives in Williston, Vermont with her husband, Bill, and their dog, Karma.

Kelly Kovacs

Kelly Kovacs is the Founder of EA Mafia, an EA community exclusively for C-Suite Executive Assistants in Tech. She is also a Founder Partner at 01 Advisors. Prior to 01, Kelly was the first Executive Assistant at Twitter and supported the CEO, Dick Costolo.

Tiffany Nguyen

Tiffany earned her Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Southern Methodist University. She is a breast cancer survivor and loves to spend her weekends with her husband and 3-year old son.

Justine Kwan

Justine Janét Kwan is the Executive Assistant to the CEO of Origin. Prior to Origin, Justine supported Dropbox CEO, Drew Houston, and led Admin Operations. In that role, she helped scale the EA team from 25 to nearly 50 people globally. She also held Senior EA roles at Square, the Brunswick Group, and Tendo Communications.

Natalie Sojka

Natalie Sojka currently supports the CEO of SoFi, joining in February 2019. Before SoFi, she worked at WeWork, supporting their Head of North America, and before then got her start in executive support working in traditional finance supporting partners in hedge funds and private equity. She graduated from Saint Mary's College of California and currently resides in Los Angeles with her husband and cat, Mochi.

Zoe Yeung

Zoe Yeung works in the Office of the CEO supporting founder and CEO Henry Ward at Carta, a company revolutionizing the way founders, investors, and employees manage equity and ownership. Since joining Carta in 2018, Zoe has seen the company grow from 200 employees to nearly 2,000 today.

Adam Hergenrother

An entrepreneur at heart, Adam Hergenrother is the Founder & CEO of the thriving organization Adam Hergenrother Companies. He is passionate about using business to transform lives and believes that when you focus on growing and leading yourself first, the business results will follow – always.
